that they were happy to meet

But he does keep waking us up at 5.30am

so he can play with his new friend.

Amid the chaos of decorating and floor laying, I did it! I finally managed to get Richard's swim bag made, ready for when he starts swimming with ths school this week at our local pool.

I knew I wanted to make little Abbey Rose something for her birthday, but as I'd already brought all her presents it only needed to be so something small and light to post.  I spotted a smiliar idea to this in one of my sewing books, so decided to give it a go.

I thought it would look lovley and bright on the table as well as being practical.

I used a heat protective waddding in between the fabric layers to ensure there are never any marks left on Cat's tables.

Have to admit it's shop brought not home made.....but it was in the sale and then I got an extra 25% off too so major brgain!

Took a bit of arm twisting to get Tash to try it on, but I think she's happy with it now.

Spring is here at last....

Later than normal and after the coldest winter for over 40 years, but spring looks like it's finally making an apperance.
